We're so flattered to get inundated with requests to stock beautiful handmade crafts in our retail store. Whilst we love to support small businesses and buy from local companies whenever we can, our business model sadly no longer allows us to rent shelf space or take handmade goods on a commission basis. Facebook stores and local artisan markets are a really good way to get your products seen.
Where possible we endeavour to re-use all of our packaging, therefore, your order may not arrive in a brand-new box – however, it will always be fit for purpose
Of course, simply add your details in the billing info and add the recipients details as the delivery address. Please tell us in the order notes at the checkout if your item is a gift and we will ensure prices are removed and will not include any invoices. You can also opt to have your item gift wrapped and a personal message added for a small additional charge.
Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. We package all our items very carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition however accidents do happen. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives to you damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will request that you send us photographs of the damaged item, the postal label and the packaging to email@example.com. This must be done within 48 hours for us to be able to raise a claim with our couriers. If a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to clear.
